The Products will be delivered ex works, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The delivery deadlines specified in the Order are considered non-essential and represent the best forecast of delivery (in case of delivery ex works) or shipment (in other cases) of the Products. MB Interiors guarantees the quality of its Products and undertakes to carry out any repairs and / or replacements of parts in the event of manufacturing defects. In the event of an identified defect of a Product, the replacement of the same by and at the expense of MB Interiors will be the only solution available to the Customer. The sale price includes the normal standard packaging, while for special packaging (including wooden crates) agreed in writing, the costs and expenses will be entirely borne by the customer.
